What we do

Avión Cuatro builds websites, tools, automations, and reports. Each engagement is scoped in writing (an email counts) before money changes hands. Self-serve products (like audits and reports) do what their product page says they do.

Reports are information, not professional advice

Our audits and reports are technical and marketing analysis. They are not legal, financial, or medical advice, and search engines and platforms change their behavior constantly — we report what we find at the time we look.

Payment and refunds

• Payments run through Stripe. Prices are shown before you pay.
• Self-serve reports: if a report fails to generate or is clearly broken, tell us and we'll re-run it or refund it.
• Custom work: billed per the written scope. Deposits and milestones as agreed per project.

You own what we build for you

When a custom project is paid for, the deliverables are yours — code, designs, content. We keep the right to use our own general-purpose tools, patterns, and know-how on other projects, and to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

What we're not liable for

We do good work, but we can't guarantee rankings, revenue, or uptime of platforms we don't control. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability on any engagement is capped at what you paid us for it.

Don't misuse the tools

Self-serve tools are for auditing sites you own or are authorized to assess. Don't use them to harass, overload, or attack anyone's site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Avión Cuatro is the custom-build studio of Legacy Bridge Holdings, Atlanta, GA.
